Returns
No returns on custom made items / engagement rings. Items that are eligible for return are subject to a 3% restocking fee if purchased directly from the site. If payment was made by zelle or wire for the item and the item is eligible for return, then a full refund will be provided with no restocking fee. There is a generous 14 day return policy on eligible items (any item that was not custom made). If a return needs to be made, please contact us directly using the contact page for instructions.
Shipping
We ship all items with Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Any items over $750 will require a direct signature. All items are shipped as soon as they are ready. Items found in our eBay store are ready to ship and will be typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom made orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after completion. Jewelry items found on our online store will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Most items will be shipped overnight or two day delivery unless shipped with USPS, USPS shipments are sent priority mail and take a few days to arrive. If you need an item faster please send us a message and we will see what the best option is for you. Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email once the shipping label is made.
Once payment is made, you CANNOT change your shipping address. The correct address must be entered prior to making payment. Once payment is made it cannot be changed. In order to change an address after payment the order would have to be canceled and remade with the corrections in which case may be subject to restocking fee.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses or mail forwarding addresses. If an address like this appears in the shipping address, your order may be cancelled and restocking fee will apply.
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
